Anamnesis is constructed from field recordings, short improvised passages, various forms of digital signal processing and a recital from Henk Hofstede of famous Dutch band The Nits of their song The House from 1988.  Anamnesis is in 8 parts:

i. I heard notes in the traffic;
ii. Things became difficult for me.
iii. I was taken to a house in the country,
iv. I was medicated and calm for a while
v. But I became frustrated.
vi. Different medicines were prescribed
vii. Until I levelled out.
viii. Now I am OK, but I know I will never hear notes in the traffic again.
